Ulrich Kühn

Ulrich Kühn is a nonresident scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and leads the arms control and emerging technologies program at the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy, University of Hamburg.

His research focuses on NATO-Russian relations, transatlantic security, and arms control. Kühn has a PhD in political sciences from Hamburg University and a background in medieval and modern history and German literature.
